I'm an origami lover. I'm not an expert and sadly it's not my strenght V_v... But I keep trying.
When I was a child (not so far ago -I need to think in this way to try to forget that I'm getting old hahaha-) my mam gave me an old origami book. There were lots of typical shapes for kids in it, like the crane, the frog or the penguin. I spent all my summers making the same figures.
As years passed by, I totally forgot this funny art, but these days I'm coming back to this world, and most of the time I'm happy with the final result, but a loooot of time it's exhasperating. I throw away lots of creepy shapes.
But origami is not only for figures, you can apply on other things, like bookmarks, bookcovers, gift wrapping, or like I did: boxes.
I made a square and a triangle box with kissmeNOWpaper. This ones are not exhasperating, there are really easy to make. In fact I've made a workshop this Christmas with some friends and they made the boxes at their first try (I have to confess that I did not, I had to practice a lot to get this result, but it's normal in me, hahaha)
Me mola el origami. No soy una experta y lamentablemente no se me da muy bien... pero no desisto y lo sigo intentando.
Cuando era pequeña (no hace tanto -ejem-), mi madre me regaló un libro de papiroflexia (si, se llamaba así... no era tan cool como origami). En él habían un montón de formas típicas para niños como la grulla, la rana o el pingüino. Me pasaba los veranos haciendo las mismas figuras.
Con el tiempo olvidé este divertido arte, pero desde hace unos días estoy volviendo a este mundillo y la mayoría de las veces estoy muy contenta con el resultado, aunque muchas es desesperante y no paro de tirar un montón de figuras horribles.
Lo guay del origami es que no es solo para figuras, puedes aplicarlo a otras cosas, como puntos de libros, fundas de libros, envoltorios para regalo, o como he hecho: en cajas.
Una caja cuadrada y otra triangular con papel kissmeNOW. Estos dos ejemplos no son desesperantes, son muy fáciles de hacer. De echo, estas navidades hice un workshop con varias amigas y hicieron las cajas a la primera (aunque tengo que confesar que yo no, tuve que que practicar bastante para coseguir este resultado, pero es normal en mi, jeje)
